Responsible for the professional technical management of HVAC, water supply and drainage, and strong and weak electricity on the project site, as well as the quality control management of related construction.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in HVAC, Electrical, Water Supply and Drainage related majors, with a professional title of engineer or above.

2. At least 5 years of construction management experience in mechanical and electrical installation, familiar with engineering planning, quality, and cost management workflow. I have presided over multiple large-scale industrial projects throughout the process, specializing in mechanical and electrical installation, and have obtained a Level 2 or above corresponding professional construction engineer certificate.

3. Familiar with the construction acceptance, inspection specifications and standards of this professional project, able to independently complete and review professional technical plans, with construction management experience, and familiar with relevant national and regional laws and regulations. Experience in independently organizing HVAC and electromechanical installation engineering construction, with excellent technical skills and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
