Safety technical measures for electrical testing and maintenance of substations

1.Before construction, check the grounding wire, 10KV testing pen, warning signs of 'No Switching On, No Working', insulated gloves, insulated boots, and other security equipment at the workplace to ensure that communication is intact.

2. Tools such as brushes, red plastic strips, wooden stools, cotton yarn, wind hoists, etc. required for construction, as well as parts and accessories used in maintenance, should be fully prepared.

3. The person issuing the power outage work ticket is responsible for issuing the power outage work ticket.

Before construction, the safety supervisor is responsible for explaining the safety hazards and precautions that exist during the construction process to the construction personnel.

5： Maintenance content and requirements:

1) Check and clean the 6KV busbar switch, check for cracks, defects, and discharge marks on all porcelain bottles and sleeves, and check for loose secondary wiring.

2) Check whether the connecting bolts of each conductive busbar, cable, transformer and other electrical connection points are loose, and whether there is heating or burning phenomenon.

3) Check if the circuit breaker and knife switch operate flexibly. Check the transmission mechanism: whether the isolation switch and circuit breaker contacts are synchronized, and if they are not synchronized, they must be adjusted.

4) The low-voltage switch protection action should be reliable, the wiring should comply with intact standards, and the wiring column should not be loose or overheated.

5) Telemetry lightning arrester and cable insulation resistance.

6) Is there a shortage of oil in the oil transformer? If there is a shortage, it is necessary to add transformer specific oil.

7) Clean the interior of the cabinet.
